The Original Homeopathy

Dr. Hahnemann says in the Preface of the Sixth Edition of Organon of Medicine: Thus Homeopathy is a perfectly simple system of medicine, remaining always fixed in its principles as in its practice, which, like the doctrine whereon it is based if rightly apprehended will be found to be complete (and therefore serviceable). What is pure in doctrine and practice should be self-evident, and all backward sliding to the pernicious routinism of the old school that is as much its antithesis as night is today should cease to vaunt with the honorable name of Homeopathy.

But unfortunately, we've been practicing beyond Hahnemann’s Principles, Rules, Laws, and Guidelines for many years. We are practicing homeopathy as the Ken’t Method or Bounninghusen or Boger or this or that in the name of so-called classical Homeopathy. Dr. Kent couldn’t get the sixth edition of Organon of Medicine in his life so he established his understanding, but I have no doubts that he contributed to homeopathy a lot but I say that it’s not that homeopathy as per the sixth edition of Organon.

We are almost violating every aspect of Hahnemannian Homeopathy:

We are not using Fifty Millesimal Potency in our practice.

We have failed to apply Anti-Psoric Prescribing according to the master.

We could not understand the Miasm properly and we interpreted it wrongly and we’ve failed to apply it in practice totally as per Dr. Hahnemann. Many old and current stalwarts made their fabrication on the Miasm.

“WE treat humans not the disease.” To disseminate this statement to the public and homeopathic doctors wrongly. The master never recommended it. He said that we have to treat the morbid/altered/diseased state only. We should not consider the symptoms that are not altered or morbid. We couldn’t collect the content (data) of the morbid/diseased state due to treating humans' conceptualization.

master Hahnemann was against the repertory (in The Chronic Diseases) but now the flood of Repertory has been spread and doctors are confused to select the state similimum due to this huge unverified data and a huge list of medicines. No repertory can show the source of rubrics (Materia Medica). We’re prescribing bulky data, not quality and verified data. This is a mess in Homeopathy.

Follow-up criteria should be according to aphorisms 253 and 280 but unfortunately we’re following Hering’s Law and Kent’s 12 Observations in our practice. These observations are valid if we practice on Centesimal Potencies. But there is no need to observe it if we practice as per Fifty Millesimal Potencies, Anti-psoric Prescribing (sometimes for Venereal Diseases - Anti-sycotic and Anti-syphilitic), and Intercurrent Prescribing as per need of the case.

The Original Homeopathy of Hahnemann’s means Virgin Homeopathy:

Fifty Millesimal Potency (Water Doses) Prescribing.

Prescribed in ascending order (i.e., LM1, LM2, LM3………and so on) not in jumping order (i.e., 6C, 30C, 200C, 1M, 1OM, 50M, and CM).

Anti-psoric Prescribing (sometimes for Venereal Diseases - Anti-sycotic and Anti-syphilitic).

Intercurrent Prescribing as per the need of the case.

Prescribing according to the Sixth Edition of Organon of Medicine, TCD, MMP, and TLW.

The Fundamental Similimum should be based on the miasmatic symptoms: Psora (Primitive Itch + Latent Psora + Internal Outbreak of Psora) and other Miasmatic Symptoms like Sycotic and Syphilis in TCD and TLW.

Follow-up should be like that only amelioration in every case of the chronic diseases except acute conditions as per aphorism 253.
