This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by VirHom - Virgin Homeopathy (SHHS Pvt. Ltd.) through https://www.virhom.com (hereinafter referred to as "Organization").

Our Organization is a private company that runs an organization that offers tools for health, homeopathy treatments/programs, coaching/training for homeopathy doctors, and homeopathic software for homeopathy doctors; patients, and, the public (human well-being) across the world. Everything that we do is guided by these values, including the ways in which we collect, protect and use data. As a part of effectively offering these tools to Users, VirHom obtains some of the User's data.

Our Organization is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal data provided by the Users of our website, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We will only process your data by applicable data protection and privacy laws. The protection afforded by this Policy applies to all Users, irrespective of their nationality, or place of residence, about the processing and profiling of their data. It includes the processing of personal data by automated means, as well as manual processing.

Contribute to any of our projects;
Choose to support VirHom’s initiatives as a health messenger.

Provide you with information regarding programs, events, and support, etc., that you have requested and/ or signed up for;
Manage our relationship with you (for example, support activities);
Establish contact with you through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, email, and other social media platforms that you have consented to, to provide support regarding programs, practices, and processes that you have registered for.
Monitor, measure, improve and protect our content, website, and services and provide an enhanced and personalized user experience for you;
Respond to your queries and resolve complaints;
Provide any of your information that we are required to submit to comply with our regulatory or legal obligations;
Detect, prevent, investigate or provide a remedy for criminal, illegal or prohibited activities;
Undertake internal testing of our website, systems, and services to test and improve their security and performance. In these circumstances, we would anonymize any information used for such testing purposes;
Deliver joint content and services with third parties with whom you have a separate relationship (for example, social media platforms);
Provide you with information regarding our various initiatives or updates on project progress;
Process your fees/payments and provide you with the receipt;

Our Organization will only retain your data following your application for some time depending on the category of data and the purposes for which we hold it. We will only retain your data after this time if we are required to do so to comply with the applicable laws of India.

Our Organization does not sell any data to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.

The right to restrict processing: You have the right to request that our Organization restrict the processing of your data, under certain reasonable conditions.

The right to data portability: You have the right to request that our Organization transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain reasonable conditions.

Our Organization makes use of third-party services as well as offers services related to the storage of user data, user authentication, user consent, and user profile management.

As we operate globally, data we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in any country where one or more entities associated with VirHom - Virgin Homeopathy Doctors (Samuel Hahnemann’s Homeo Science Pvt. Ltd.) are based or have facilities in. While other countries or territories may not have the same standards of protection as those in your home country, we will continue to protect the personal data that we transfer in line with this privacy policy.

Terms & Conditions

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, VirHom - Virgin Homeopathy (Samuel Hahnemann Homeo Science Pvt. Ltd.) reserves the right to cancel, postpone or make changes to programs as necessary, by prevailing government regulations, and mandates from central and state governments and local health authorities.

Cancellation and Refund Policy for VirHom Programs:

80% refund up to 3 days before the start date of the class. No refunds thereafter. Please contact the in charge of the program within the time window to request for a refund. Certain programs do not allow a refund. See below
Refunds made for offline payments like cash will be made only through NEFT. Please allow up to 4 weeks for refund processing
No refunds will be made for webinars or online programs.

Re-Registration Policy for VirHom Programs:

It may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date if you are unable to attend the program you are registering for. A 15% re-registration fee is applicable.
You can register for the same class/program within 6 months of the originally registered program start date. If the program fee has increased, you will have to pay the difference in fee in addition to the re-registration fee.
No re-registration is applicable for Online programs. Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the six-the six months

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Online and Offline Courses:

There will be no refunds for this course. This online course may be completed at your own pace anytime within 30 days to 210 days from the date of payment. Access to the program will expire after 30 to 210 days.
To participate in advanced programs which require a Fundamentals of Master Hahnemann (VHSC- 6 months Certificate Course)-a prerequisite, you will need to complete the "Fundamentals of Master Hahnemann (https://virhom.com/course/fundamentals-of-the-master-samuel-hahnemann-englishhindi-medium)" program in addition to the online course.

Refund policy for Offline VirHom Standalone Software subscriptions:

Subscriptions made online will not be refunded under any circumstances whatsoever.

Refund and Cancellation Policy for Offline VirHom Standalone Software subscriptions.

Upgrade Program:

Please note that there will be no refund under any circumstances.

Cancellation, Refund & Re-Registration Policy for VHSC Training/Course Program, Advanced Program (Teacher), Seminar/Webinar/Workshop Program, Recorded Events, VirHom Software, VirHom Treatment Programs, & any purchase from VirHom website.

You are eligible for an 80% refund of the program fee up to 3 days before the start date of the program you registered for. There will be no refund thereafter.
If you are unable to attend the program, it may be possible to re-register for the same program at a later date within 6 Months of the start date of the original program registered for. You will need to pay the re-registration charges of 15% of the program fee and the difference in program fees if any.
Re-registration will also not be applicable if the program is not scheduled in the 6 months
If you leave the Program for any reason, you will not be eligible for a refund and we will consider this as a cancellation of your registration.
For online payments, the refund will be made by the same mode of payment, i.e., via credit/debit card or bank account transfer, and the funds will be credited to the respective credit card/bank account. Please allow up to 4 weeks for the refund to be processed.
There will be no refund for a no-show.

Refund & Cancellation Policy for VirHom Teacher Training Program 2022-23.

Program fee cancellation charges:

5% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 2 weeks before the program start date.
25% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation up to 7 days before the program start date.
50% deduction from the total program fees for cancellation less than 7 days before the program start date and thereafter.
No refund once the program starts.

Force Majeure:

If it is impossible or impracticable or illegal for VirHom to proceed with or carry out the ‘VirHom Teacher Training Program’ in whole or in part, due to any act of God, acts or decrees of the government, fire, casualty, flood, earthquake, war, strike, demonstrations, lockout, epidemic, pandemic, destruction of its facilities, riot, insurrection, materials unavailability, or any other cause(s) beyond the reasonable control of VirHom and as a result thereof if VirHom has to delay, postpone, reschedule, terminate and/or cancel the Program, VirHom will not be liable for any losses or damages incurred by the Trainee in that regard.”

Transfer:

You have the option of transferring Your registration for the Program to a family member, relative, or friend anytime on or before 8 February 2023 by sending an email to support@virhom.com. No other mode of communication for transfer requests will be accepted.
The transferee shall complete the registration process online, and the application will be processed and reviewed as per the standard procedure before confirming the registration.
The terms of transfer apply only to this Program and they cannot be transferred to any other program.
No transfers will be allowed after 8 February 2023.
Once You decide to transfer Your registration, You will not be eligible for a refund.

Upgrades:

Only primary participants can request an upgrade.
An upgrade can be processed for the entire group or any one participant.
The payment for an upgrade has to be made by the primary participant only.

Online and Offline Program” and not for any other program.

No application for transfer will be entertained less than 14 days before the program start date and thereafter.

Please Note:

a. All Refund, Re-registration, Transfer & Cancellation requests should be sent in writing to support@virhom.com from the registered email ID of the participant. No other mode of communication will be accepted.

b. The effective date for processing the refund will be from the formal receipt of the cancellation notification, in writing substantiated with supporting documents wherever needed.

c. The refund request will be processed within 60 days from the date of receipt of a request from the registered email ID.

d. In case you are not allowed to continue the program due to a violation of the code of conduct, no refund can be claimed.

e. Please note that a refund request cannot be processed if you opt for the Transfer request.
