OPERATING SYSTEM AND OTHER SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS FOR INSTALLING AND RUNNING VIRHOM

The following minimum requirements must be met or exceeded for Virhom Software to install and run correctly:

Desktop or Laptop with GENUINE Windows Operating System

Intel i3 Processor or equivalent. A higher processor configuration is recommended for faster performance.

4-GB available disk space: Although the installation of the main Virhom installable needs only 140 MB, the Complete Virhom Library Database needs approximately 3.5 GB). Since patient data needs to be stored in the application, this may need some additional storage space as per your usage requirement.

4 GB RAM or higher is recommended for optimum performance.

The minimum screen resolution supported is 1366 x 768. If your screen resolution is less than the minimum supported, some portions of the screen or some text in the screen will not be visible.

Operating system requirements

Microsoft Windows 10

GENUINE WINDOWS is strongly recommended for the most optimal performance. Please do not install or use Virhom on Cracked or Pirated Windows software. Virhom team will not be able to help you with any installation or run-time issues that may arise because of problems/ issues associated with pirated windows software).

(Note: VirHom also runs on Windows version 7 and 8 BUT this will require you to upgrade the .NET version on your desktop to version 4.7.2 or above).

2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.8 or above versions

(Note: .NET usually comes bundled along with Windows 10, so separate installation may not be required; Note: Virhom also runs on Windows versions 7 and 8 BUT this will require you to upgrade the .NET version in your desktop to version 4.7.2 or above)

3. All current genuine Microsoft Windows critical updates

Other Software requirements:

Adobe Reader- a standalone desktop program should be installed for displaying/ reading/ visualizing Virhom-generated patient & repertorisation reports (that are generated by Virhom in PDF format)

Unzip the facility to extract the Virhom Library Zip archive during the installation process. In case, the zip facility is not available on your system, please download the program 7-zip and install the 7zip software. This is free software for unzipping or compressing files. Once installed, if they right-click on any zip file, they will be able to see option 7zip .. within which there will be an option. 7-zip software can be downloaded from the site - https://www.7-zip.org/

IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING ACTIVATION KEY FOR VIRHOM SOFTWARE USERS

The activation Key provided for using Virhom Software is valid for use ONLY on a single desktop/ laptop. Activation is a one-time process and software validity will be applicable only for a single desktop/ laptop on which the activation key was applied. You will need to re-purchase a new Virhom Software activation key if you want to use Virhom on a new PC/ laptop.

The activation key will be shared only once and it should be employed for activating Virhom on the same day itself. In case, any user fails to install it on the same day, we will not be responsible for providing another activation key unless you have reasonable and genuine reasons for the delay in activation. Considering these reasons or not will be at the sole discretion of Virhom Admin.

It is also very IMPORTANT to note that Virhom end-users intending to upgrade their Desktop/ PC system/ Windows software which will necessitate re-installing and re-activating Virhom MUST & SHOULD first inform Virhom Admin BEFORE going ahead with the upgrade. No matter what duration/ type of activation key you have for Virhom, you will FIRST need to get in touch with Virhom admin if you want to re-install Virhom again. Once you inform, the Virhom admin will discuss with you the procedure of deactivating the previous activation key and the steps you should follow for re-installing Virhom and transferring the activation key. Any end-user NOT informing Virhom admin about an upgrade to their windows PC/ laptop will be needed to purchase a fresh activation key.
